WE CAN HAVE A SAY IN ENHANCING OUR LUCK BY DOING THE RIGHT THINGS
We want a better tomorrow, we want to improve life. That is the whole functional purpose of learning Chinese metaphysics, and perhaps the most rewarding one.
How does the study of Chinese metaphysics helps us improve our life? To answer this, we have to go back to what ancient Chinese has said about the five influences in life.
The saying goes: Yiming Eryun Sanfengshui Sijide Wudushu. It means our fates are governed by, in order of influence, the destiny structure, luck cycles, Fengshui effect, act of doing good deeds, and finally, knowledge.
1. UNDERSTAND OURSELVES THOROUGHLY
Destiny structure comes first followed by the cyclical trends of luck. In a consultation with a good master we can acquire the vital information about these two aspects from the analysis of our Bazi. We have different personality, strength and weaknesses in this life. Understanding ourselves well, and acknowledging what are our strength and weaknesses is the most vital. And when we are told of the probable success and failure if we take on certain decisions and certain path in life, it is really down to ourselves to decide what we want and how we could achieve the goals.
There is no magical formula or a magical product to change our luck. It is what we decide and what we do, sometimes neccesarily with great determination, that we can shape our future. This is helped especially when we get the road map into our future from an informative destiny analysis consultation.
If a Fengshui product or an auspicious ornament could enhance luck, either in prosperity or in relationship, it would not be sold to you. I would have kept such magical charm for me to become richer and richer, instead of selling it to you. Be realistic, there is just no shortcut in life.

This information is from studying the cyclical luck in the analysis of our Bazi. 2. TAP ON FENGSHUI EFFECT
Fengshui effect of our living environment comes third in the order of influence, but in theory, we may have more control over this item compared with the first two, by choosing and selecting the premises where we are housed.
To ensure that our 'Heaven Luck' as depicted in destiny analysis is not impeded, it is wise to ensure that we get good Fengshui for our living spaces. A Fengshui auditing project may also help to ensure that we do not ruin good luck or good trend by violating Fengshui principles.
3. DO GOOD DEEDS
Jide in Chinese means accumulating good merits. This is really an absolutely free way to get our luck enhanced or turn it from bad to good. Always have good intentions, always give a hand to others, and always create positive energy are just the minimum things to do for Jide.
A classic teaching of Jide can be found in 'Liaofan Sixun' - the Four Teachings of Liaofan. It describes how a Mr Yuan Liaofan of Ming Dynasty changed an ill fated end to his life forecast by a monk by completing good deeds of enormous quality.
It certainly means that the more we wish to change, the more the determination and amount of good deeds is required, but it also means that our destiny is in our own hands.
4. PROTECT EARTH AND BE ECO-FRIENDLY
When we talk about Fengshui and the flow of Qi, we are talking about how we wish to harness the auspiciousness from Mother Earth. How would it be possible for Mother Earth to reward us with auspiciousness if we are contributing to the deterioriation of Her health?
In fact, doing good deeds includes protecting Earth. Therefore, always be conscious about conserving energy, reducing waste, and avoiding the use of chemical products.
